ENJOY YOUR STAY

FOUR SEASONS LAS VEGAS

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel where our wedding will be held from Friday, October 16 - Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Please use the link below to secure your accommodations. Our room block is available until September 16, 2026, but we recommend booking early as space is limited. Since October is a peak month in Las Vegas, we want to ensure you're able to take advantage of our exclusive wedding rate before rooms sell out!

If you would like to stay for additional days before or after Friday-Sunday, or if you have special notes or changes to your reservation - please contact the Reservations Team at (877) 632-5000 and speak with any available Reservations Agent, referencing the Hertz & Gordon Wedding.

If you'd like to explore other options on-site, both Mandalay Bay and the W Hotel are located on the same property. Please keep in mind that our discounted wedding rate only applies to the Four Seasons block, so these rooms would be booked at the standard prevailing rate.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We’d love for you to join us in celebrating, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

We love your little ones, but we kindly request an adults-only celebration.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our wedding is a black tie affair — think tuxedos for men, and floor-length evening gowns in an elegant fabric for women. Can’t wait to celebrate with you in your finest!

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

All of the weekend's events will be indoors.

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS,
CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Absolutely! Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will make the necessary accommodations.

CAN I POST WEDDING PHOTOS
ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

THINGS TO DO WHILE YOUR IN
LAS VEGAS

The weekend of October 16–19, 2026, offers ideal daytime weather in Las Vegas, with highs typically in the low 80s. This is the perfect window for outdoor exploration, unique museum tours, and high-energy afternoon entertainment.

Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area

A short drive from the Strip, this area features stunning crimson rock formations and over 2,000 rock-climbing routes.
• Activities: Enjoy the 13-mile scenic drive or choose from dozens of hiking trails ranging from easy boardwalks to strenuous peaks.
• Note: Reservations are typically required for the scenic drive during this peak season, so it is best to book your entry time in advance.

Gondola Rides at the Venetian

Tour the indoor route of the Grand Canal across shimmering water and past the Shoppes on our indoor gondola ride or enjoy the outdoor view of authentically rendered Italian architecture and the Las Vegas Strip on our outdoor gondola ride. Gondola boat rides are always great for couples, a favorite activity among families, and an extra fun thing to do in Vegas with kids.

Seven Magic Mountains

This large-scale public art installation by Ugo Rondinone features seven towers of colorful, stacked boulders.
• Experience: It is a popular spot for photography and provides a striking contrast against the desert landscape.
• Tip: Visit in the early morning to avoid the midday sun and the largest crowds.

The Neon Museum Las Vegas

Known as the "Neon Boneyard," this outdoor museum houses over 250 iconic Las Vegas signs.
• Daytime Tours: While the signs are famous for their evening glow, daytime tours allow you to see the intricate details and artistry of the metalwork and glass.
• Exhibition: The "Brilliant!" immersive show in the North Gallery uses projection mapping to "re-light" retired signs.

Ethel M Chocolates Factory & Cactus Garden

Located in nearby Henderson, this site combines a gourmet chocolate viewing aisle with Nevada's largest botanical cactus garden.
• Experience: Take a self-guided tour of the factory to see how the chocolates are made, then walk through the three-acre garden featuring over 300 species of plants.
• Tastings: Premium chocolate and wine pairing experiences are often available for booking.

Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens

This 14,000-square-foot floral playground is completely transformed each season with thousands of fresh flowers and trees.
• Theme: In mid-October, the garden will feature its elaborate Harvest or Halloween display.
• Accessibility: The garden is open 24 hours and is free to the public, making it an easy addition to a walk along the Strip.

AREA15

AREA15 is a massive immersive entertainment district that feels like a blend between a futuristic art gallery and an “urban Burning Man mall.” It is divided into two main zones: Zone 1 (The Bunkers), which houses the anchor attractions and dining, and Zone 2 (The Terminals), which is part of a 20-acre expansion.

Fabulous Las Vegas Sign

Open 24 hours a day, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Nevada Sign is located on the median of Las Vegas Boulevard, south of the Harley-Davidson Las Vegas dealership and across from the Bali Hai Golf Club. If you are driving from California, you can access the parking lot on the westbound side of Las Vegas Boulevard, but you must make a U-turn. The address is 5200 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Parking is free, however, there are only 12 spaces available, so you may need to wait for one to become vacant. Another option is to use a ride-share service or a taxi to reach the sign.

Keep in mind that there usually is a line for photos so please be considerate of others.
